James has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA in Global Management. James has 14 years of healthcare IT experience. He spent the first 12 years at GE Healthcare where he started as a software engineer developing first generation PACS systems where he received multiple patents. James held roles in R&D management in Radiology, program management in the electronic medical records division and global General Manager of the Cardiovascular IT business in GE. In 2012, James joined Agfa as Vice President of Radiology IT. Since that time, the business has released their next generation medical imaging platform, Agility; and the release of their Imaging Clinical Information System, ICIS. James passion is creating solutions for where the market is going, not where it is.
