Dr. Abdullah Bin Ahmed Al Wehaibi serves as the Advisor to the Minister of Health and the General Supervisor of ICT and was appointed to this role in April 2012. Previously at the Ministry of Health he held positions including Assistant to the General Supervisor of ICT and Director of E-Services and the Integrated E-Government Program (Yesser).

Dr. Al Wehaibi holds several distinguished degrees including a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering with honours, a Master degree in Computer Engineering with honours from Concordia University in Canada, College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, Riyadh and a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering with honours from the College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, Riyadh.

Dr. Al Wehaibi has published more than 15 scientific papers published and discussed in several international and regional journals and conferences. He has also published books in the field of computer networks, written for Technical & Vocational Training Corporation students.
