Bill joined Caradigm from GE Healthcare, where he launched the HIE business in 2005, and established and scaled-up many of the first IHE standards-based HIE's. The HIE business grew from a successful healthcare transaction clearinghouse operation where Bill was one of the first employees and was responsible for the scale-up of EDI operations and establishing connectivity with thousands of trading partners.

Prior to this, Bill led several new product developments at 3M Company and Roche Diagnostics in thearea of healthcare diagnostic devices and information systems. Bill is an engineer by training and lives in Denver, Colorado, USA.
