Claire McCarthy is an internationally recognized change management/technology adoption strategist with extensive experience supporting people in healthcare organizations through transitions driven by software implementations and other large-scale changes. She designed and led the human readiness efforts for two major US EMR implementations, setting the stage for benefit realization by investing in users.

Claire's career includes experience in multiple healthcare delivery systems and she is an adjunct professor at Kent State University.
