HIMSS Interoperability Showcase

The HIMSS Middle East Interoperability Showcase in collaboration with IHE brings Health IT providers - competitors in any other environment - together for an interactive. The Interoperability Showcase promotes openness and equity in provider system selection in Saudi Arabia by showing attendees how standards help both large and small companies fulfill national requirements.

Patient identity management, imaging exchange, and secure document exchange can all be seen in action at the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase booth. Stop by for a guided tour through a use case that will help you understand how standards-based technology can be leveraged to make your facility more successful!

The Interoperability Showcase education theater will provide 30 minute presentations throughout the exhibition located within the Showcase exhibit. A customized private VIP tours can be scheduled for your group and will be led by a member of the Showcase Team.

The connected demonstration will show systems in action from the perspective of a patient as they visit multiple healthcare providers. These systems will connect seamlessly to show solutions to common health system integration problems by using IHE Profiles. Each tour will show the seamless electronic exchange of secure patient information - improving patient safety, clinical outcomes and clinician workflow.
