Regis Charlot is President and CTO of IMO and has been part of IMO's team since its inception. He was key to iMRE, an ambulatory electronic medical record now known as Allscripts Professional EHR, as architect, leadsoftware & database engineer. Subsequently Regis played a major role in the development and commercialization of IMO's products & technologies, including clinical terminology solutions (including vendor partner implementations, SAAS / cloud hosting patterns), metabase development patterns for massive Health IT initiatives, complex multi-phase / multi-modality / multi-resource imaging procedure scheduling solutions, large master patientindex solution design & deployment, disease management solutions, leading to many solutions being awarded USPTO patents.
Regis is passionate about technologies, the right implementation of clinical terminology, and responding to the need of our users and vendor partners. He believes that such technology development and partnerships can only occur with disruptive technologies, driving technology leaps, leading to market leadership for IMO partners.
