Mike Pomerance
Vice President and Managing Director, Cerner Middle East and Africa
Mike Pomerance, vice president and managing director, Cerner Middle East, is responsible for supporting Cerner's clients in Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, from the company's Dubai office.
Pomerance has shown a high level of diligence in his attainment of business goals and increased satisfaction of his clients.Pomerance joined Cerner in 2002. During his tenure at Cerner, he has built a strong, cross-functional reputation through his roles.
Previously, he was a national sales manager for radiology; a client services executive for the North Atlantic CinC; an operations executive with SolutionWorks; and a client results executive.
In 2004, Pomerance's organization was recognized as the Best in Cerner for Organizational Excellence.
Before joining Cerner, Pomerance was general manager for the radiology business unit of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies. Prior to working in health care, he developed two successful start-up companies where he held positions as founder and CEO.
Pomerance received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Emory University.
