Please complete the application and scheduling process online by visiting www.goAMP.com and clicking on "Candidates". The computer screens guide you through the complete process. After the application information and payment have been submitted, eligibility is confirmed or denied and you will be prompted to schedule an examination appointment or supply additional eligibility information. Please note that the test centre does not accept any application.

Candidates are responsible to schedule the examination when they register for the review course. Please note that additional fees may apply.
