Harold (Hal) Wolf III is the President and CEO of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). HIMSS consists of HIMSS North America, HIMSS International, cause-based, global membership societies; HIMSS Analytics, the market research and data services group; HIMSS Media, the diversified media and publishing division; PCHAlliance, the Personal Connected Health Alliance; and Health 2.0 the Digital Health Conference—all focused on better health through information and technology.
With nearly 35 years of experience, Wolf is respected internationally as a healthcare and informatics executive with areas of expertise in mhealth, product development, integrated care models, marketing, distribution, information technology and innovation implementation. He has helped health systems and providers across the world with end-to-end operations, commissioning, data and architectural design.
Before joining HIMSS, Wolf served at The Chartis Group as Director; Practice Leader of Information and Digital Health Strategy. As the key architect in the development of content, research and user interface for video on demand and broadband, Mr. Wolf is a pioneer in consumer engagement. He has contributed his unique approach and insights to the birth of the digital health era, combining the traditional enterprise strategy with an end-to-end organizational view while keeping the patient as the central focus.

And he Represent Saudi Arabia in WHO for the interoperability standard and EHealth strategy meetings. Dr. Balkhair work as an Advisor to the General Director of Makah Region Health Affairs. Dr. Mohammad Al Redha is the chair of Emirates Health Informatics Society, a scientific and educational platform dedicated for promoting excellence in Heath Informatics within the Emirates Medical Association. He is the Director of the Project Management Office & Health Informatics and Smart Health Department at the Dubai Health Authority. His main responsibility is to develop the necessary standards for implementing and managing the health information systems in the Emirate of Dubai. Before joining the Health Policy & Strategy Sector, Dr. Mohammad was a Research Fellow in Clinical Informatics at the Division of Clinical Informatics, Harvard Medical School in Boston (2008-2009). His main focus was redefining the standards of healthcare to meet international standards while creating a very patient-focused, research-enriched environment. Prior to joining the field of informatics, Dr. Mohammad was the Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Rashid Hospital – a 600 bed trauma facility serving Dubai since 1973. Dr. Al Redha is a graduate and postgraduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and holds a Masters Degree (MSc) in Healthcare Management. He is also a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development Programme and a Fellow at the Dubai School of Government.

John H. Daniels is Global Vice President for HIMSS Analytics at HIMSS, a global advisor and thought leader supporting the transformation of health through the application of information and technology. For over 30 years, Mr. Daniels’ career has spanned behavioral healthcare, healthcare IT, and hospital administration. He currently leads HIMSS Analytics’ global healthcare advisory services team supporting healthcare provider organizations and government health authorities around the world.
As an expert in health IT issues and trends, Daniels frequently speaks at conferences around the world. He serves on the ACHE Board of Governors Examination Review Course faculty, has lectured at Boston University, and was a graduate Adjunct Professor for Pfeiffer University.
Daniels holds a BS degree in Computer Science, a MS degree in Health Services Administration, and a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive, holds the CPHIMS credential, and is a HIMSS and ACHE Fellow.

Prior to joining Dubai Health Authority, Dr Mazin Gadir worked in Healthcare Transfomation Strategy and Digital Health Innovation at several companies, including Pricewaterhouse Coopers PwC, Abu Dhabi Healthcare Services Co. SEHA and Cerner Limited accumulating 18 years of experience in the field of Healthcare, innovation and transformation. Notable is his 18 years as a management consultant his depth of experience covered many global organizations in the UK, France, UAE, KSA, GCC, Australia, India and the USA.
Dr Mazin Gadir received his PhD in Quantum Electronics and Nanotechnology in Medical Diagnostics from The University of Leeds in the UK in 2005. He also obtained his MSc in Management and Business Administration and BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the same university.
His professional interests focus on Digital Health Innovation, Health Informatics workflow optimization, eHealth Regulatory Framework and Compliance, Health Information Systems/Health Information Exchange, Digital Maturity and Accreditation according to International Standards, Project and Change Management experience in Healthcare IT Transformation Programs, and his current projects include Organizational Development and Strategy Consultancy, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management & skills in the areas of: Strategy Development, Organizational Development & Design, Corporate Policy Development, Human Capital Development, Business Process Re0engineering, change enablement and Organizational Excellence. In addition, he serves as (eHealth Advisory) for Health Innovation Advisory, and is a member of Health Information Management Systems Society and Project Management Institute. Susan M. Houston, MBA, RN-BC, PMP, CPHIMS, FHIMSS is owner and principle consultant at Houston Solutions, a healthcare IT consulting company. She has recently retired as the Chief, Portfolio Office within the Department of Clinical Research Informatics at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center. Her background includes clinical nursing, informatics, and project and portfolio management. Ms. Houston has presented at the local, national, and international levels. She has authored a variety of articles and books on project management and informatics, including ‘The Project Manager’s Guide to Health Information Technology Implementation, 2nd Ed.’. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA), and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), while serving on various committees.
