For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference. Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk.

Q.   Do I need a visa to enter Riyadh?
A.   Everyone entering Saudi Arabia requires a visa except for nationals of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states and holders of a re-entry permit issued by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is important to remember that all visas require a Saudi individual or company to act as a sponsor who will vouch for the individual's conduct while in the country; visas must be obtained prior to arrival. As HIMSS does not have a legal entity in Saudi Arabia we cannot provide this invitation on your behalf. Please consider this before registering for the event.
Q.   What is the closest airport to the Four Seasons Hotel?
A.   The hotel is approximately 30 minutes by road from King Khalid International Airport (KMC). Taxis are the only mode of public transport available to/from the airport and must be paid for in advance. Authorized taxis marked with the airport logo are available 24 hours a day to the city centre (journey time - 30 minutes). By law, taxis must have a meter and passengers should check this before setting off. It will cost approximately USD 15 - 20 (50-60 SR) for the trip to the hotel.

An airport representative will meet you upon arrival; your chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the arrival terminal.
