Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation before 8 October 2010 - 100.00 USD administrative fee
Cancellation 8 October 2010 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30
days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only.
No refunds for optional events or education will be given. Registrants
unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member,
the non-member fee will apply. This must be made in writing to the
Middle East Leadership Summit Customer Service via email to customerservice@himssme.org
Payment
Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Wire transfers may also be made by registering online, selecting the wire transfer payment option and sending the payment by 22 October 2010 to:

Registrations will be held as pending until the wire transfer is received.
Security
For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite
which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and
any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone
found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be
evicted from the conference with no refund.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any
programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out.
For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non
refundable airline tickets.
Should HIMSS Middle East Health IT Leadership Summit be cancelled,
your registration fee will not be refunded, but will automatically be
applied to the next event.
